BIO
 
Roger James is a Visual Artist  from the DC area (Prince Georges County  area to be exact)  with over 20years of oilpainting and Graphic Design experience respectfully.   Mr.  James’s educational background includes two bachelor degrees, one in Art from University of Maryland in College Park and Media Arts and Animation from Art Institute in Pittsburgh-Online.
 
Mr James visual style is most noticeable in his oilpaintings.  He is very dynamic with the subjects chosen and brings out the vibrancy and personalities of the subjects.  He combines elements of realism and surrealism in his paintings.
 
Mr. James has also illustrated and written childrens books.  Currently Pecan's SpellingBee Championship is out for purchase while  Pecan's First DAy of School is in the editing stages. Roger plans on ultimately turning his children's book character Pecan into an animation series .
